MHBC began as a part of the American Baptist Association; however it has been independent and autonomous church since the early 60’s when it withdrew from that association.
What is the worship style of MHBC? id We strive to maintain balance in our worship. The most important element to us is the fact that God must remain the focus. For this reason we emphasize corporate worship rather than individual performances. Musical styles are a secondary issue to us. We incorporate a variety of genres, all of which would reflect the various preferences of our congregation.
