Ken Killen Senior Pastor   Judy Killen Secretary/Librarian

Pastor Ken came in 1991 as senior pastor. Before coming to Maxwell Hill, he served as pastor in Manassas, Virginia. He has a Bachelors Degree from Appalachian Bible College, and is currently enrolled in the D.Min. program at Grace Seminary, Winona Lake, Indiana.

He has been married 26 years to his wife Judy, who is the church secretary and librarian.

Ken & Judy have two children -- Hannah, a student at Liberty University; and Seth, a student at Bob Jones University.

Bruce Dick Youth Pastor Fellowship Center Coordinator   Greta Dick

Bruce has served as youth pastor since 1995. He graduated with a B.A. from Appalachian Bible College. His love for the outdoors culminates in teen activities that range from mountain biking to backpacking.

His wife Greta, who also has a B.A. from Appalachian Bible College, plays an active role with our young people, as well as within the church.

Debbie & Steve Arthur Custodial Staff

Steve & Debbie have been on staff since 1993. Debbie oversees the child care/nursery for the services and also sings in the choir, along with being involved in various other ministries of the church. Steve teaches Sunday School, is involved with the prison ministry, and also does a large portion of the photography for church activities.

They have two children -- Beth, age 16 and Ryan, age 11.
