1. Do you believe that all men are born sinners?

2. Do you know what happens after we die?
"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."
(Hebrews 9:27)

3. If you were to die today what would await you?
• concerning those that have trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior:
"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also."
(John 14:3, see also verses 1-2)

• concerning those who have rejected Jesus Christ:
"Not every one that sayeth unto me Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."
(Matthew 7:21, see also verses 22-23)

4. Do you know what God requires to be prepared for eternity?
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
(Romans 10:9, see also Acts 16:30-31; Romans 10:10-13; and Ephesians 2:8-9)

5. Do you believe you can be assured of your eternal salvation?
"And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day."
(John 6:39, see also John 6:37-38 & 40, 10:27-30; Romans 8:38-39; 1 Peter 1:5)
